Questions people actually ask
Do you read my email?
AdaptoInbox sends the sender, subject and the first 1,000 characters of each message to Claude so it can be categorised. It does not send attachments, and it does not store the body of your email — only the sender, subject and what it decided to do. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
What happens to my mail if I cancel?
Nothing. Emails AdaptoInbox moved or labelled stay exactly where they are, in your mailbox, in your control. Cancelling stops the triage; it never touches mail already filed.
Can I connect a work mailbox?
Yes, if your organisation permits it — you grant access with your own Microsoft or Google sign-in, and you can revoke it at any time from your account settings or ours.
What counts as an inbox?
One connected mailbox. Two Microsoft 365 accounts and a Gmail is three inboxes. Starter covers one; Pro has no limit.
Does the AI get it wrong?
Sometimes, yes. It will occasionally file something oddly or flag an email that didn't need it. Every action is reversible in your mailbox, and telling it "that wasn't a follow-up" is how it learns. Keep reading your inbox — this sorts your mail, it doesn't replace your attention.
